Along A Sand Road

Sunday morning a good time to ease on over to the Island and make my way to Jungle Trail. Get some sand worked into that new chain. Wear it out faster. Sigh.

Traffic now down to a small fraction of what it had been, as so many have left us for points in New York, Michigan, Vermont. Etc. Transition to Summer In The Tropics will be soon, and it will be sudden.

I don't mind the bridge climb. About all the hill there is in Vero. I sure as schmidt do dislike the noise of car tires on rain grooves. And I am slightly concerned about how much attention is being given to driving by many people behind the steering wheel of a car.
